Mark, Thank you for your description of terminology, clinical trial phases, and the positive results of the Lidcombe trials. I would like to add that I am eager for the day that the Lidcombe Program will be as geographically accessible for clinicians around the world (to become "Lidcombe-Trained") as Judy Kuster (and a long list of our highly-skilled colleagues) have made the world of stuttering information and research so accessible to all of us. My question is in regards to your last statement in which you wrote: "Is verbal response contingent stimulation the only contender for a serious treatment? Surely the answer is inconceivably not." What do you feel may also be "contenders for a serious treatment program" for preschoolers who stutter? Thank you for your time, Joan Cahalan
