Where can I order a Lidcombe Program Manual? Is the method described in a book or a paper to your satisfaction? I want to see if the program can be adapted for use with adult chronic stutterer by dividing oneself into a "child" (the part of oneself that stutters) and a "parent" (the part of oneself that is familiar with the program and a counselor who makes sure that the "parent part" provides the proper environment for change.
