I am disappointed that you are still claiming that you accurately controlled for natural recovery. It is simply not true. Your trials were flawed due to the low sample size, the short baseline before trial and the short observation time. And they are not placebo-controlled. I am not the only one who says this. For example, Ingham and Cordes quote my rapid response to your BMJ article. And others agree, too. At the very least, you could mention the concerns of others, and give counter arguments. You write that science is important. Yes, but only if done correctly!
