Hi Fiona, Yes I do feel that this has been an area that has not been researched well and comprehensively. If stuttering causes nonbehavioural problems in preschoolers we need to know about it because it would have considerable treatment implications. We are currently researching this issue here at the Australian Stuttering Research Centre. Regards, Mark.
