This story along with many others has a theme running through it of loneliness. Do you feel that if you had more support and knew others who stuttered while growing up that your perception of yourself would be different? Also do you think you would have enjoyed school and social activities more? Thank you for sharing your story, it is a story of pain but important for those of us who are going to be speech language pathologists to hear.
