Hi Rachel; Thanks for your comments. Many people are "shy to speak." Others have other fears.I used to have a fear of flying. The more you do what you fear most the easier it gets. The more you talk the more you will be rewarded for your speech, guaranteed. The less you talk the fewer rewards. Best wishes.
