I'm a graduate student taking a fluency class and I really enjoyed reading about your journey. What a great thing for you to be able to make your film! You mentioned that now when you have relapses, you no longer "beat yourself up" over them. How long after you began self-therapy did it take you to get to this point? And when you do have those relapses, do find that your secondary behaviors tend to re-appear as well? Again, thank you for sharing your story!
