I really enjoyed your thoughts in your paper. I truly admire your strength to self-treat yourself using a combination of Stuttering Modification and Fluency Shaping. It must have been extremely difficult for you to make all of those phone calls so that you could identify and monitor what you did when you stuttered. I also believe Darrell Dodge's theoretical model. I myself have trouble with public speaking, especially in front of my peers. I have had many traumatic moments when giving a class presentation and I do feel that these moments have been permanently stored as emotional memories. To this day, it is still difficult for me to give a presentation without considering all of the hard times that I have faced. I think that my brain sometimes also has a mind of it's own. Thank you for your insight!
