Kristi, great questions. Typically, I assign interviews for school and homework and then revisit the activity during the school year. Basically, interviews are just a way to demonstrate how to talk about stuttering. I think that during therapy it will become pretty clear to you when they are no longer useful. But keep in mind, you can always revisit them. For example, a student who has used them in the past may mentor another student. Talking about stuttering is always beneficial, but as you suggest, it is a great idea to transition from interviews to class presentations, a newsletter about stuttering, a school bulletin board devoted to stuttering, etc. Peter
