Hi Helena, Thank you for your kind words and for relating to the message of being real. Indeed, being real is realizing that we always have choices. However, part of being real also is occasionally forgetting the choices that we have and needing to remind ourselves or being reminded in any of a number of ways (e.g., funerals, illnesses, births, weddings, etc.). Your point is essential – Being real indeed is universal. We all strive to live in harmony, from our individual interactions to our global communications. I am reminded, as you learned from your husband’s uncle, that everyone has a story to tell and provides an opportunity to learn and to grow. That is what enables people to relate to each other across countries and cultures, as long as we choose openness to dialogue and willingness to shift and consider alternative perspectives. I must add my respect for the fine clinical work and research you are conducting. I welcome our ongoing interactions and opportunities to be real across countries. Warm regards, David
