Hi Jamie, You’ve got it! Thank you for sharing your thoughts. I think part of being real is letting your passion show, using both your head and the heart to communicate. Another part is continuing to try to see through the eyes of those we are serving. They are our clients; they are our teachers. I am glad to hear that you are a graduate student.
