I like how you mentioned that you cannot stay comfortable for change to occur. You must push and challenge yourself to reach farther to accomplish a goal. In this case, stuttering can be a powerful obstacle to learn to control. It is important, like you said, to remember to become the person you want to be and not let stuttering control what you do. This can happen when the person is love themselves first. What are some ways to help people to accept their stuttering? How can caregivers know when to put a child into therapy even if the child does not mind their stutter? How many people who feel that they have a control over their stuttering have high self esteems? How many people who feel that they do not have control over their sutter have low self esteems?
