Dear Kristy, Absolutely. If you cab get a group of elementary-aged children who stutter together, you can do wonderful things in terms of building up their knowledge of stuttering, identification of individual and common symptoms/experiences, and--most important--reducing fear, embarrassment, shame, etc. We have done this in a small fluency camp for the past three summers.
