Our rehabilitation program includes, besides drama-therapy, a series of activities that engage patients in experiencing various situations connected to verbalization: a sort of training aimed at a correct verbal and non-verbal communication. Patients are invited to face just those situations which cause a more relevant stuttering, by making them focus on a better management of anxiety, on the right use of verbal facilitation techniques and on the usage of a non-verbal communication consistent with the message content.
