This is such an interesting technique that I have never heard of. As a graduate student currently enrolled in a fluency course, it is exciting and motivating to hear of various types of intervention for people who stutter. I have done a little research on treatments that are evidence based and it is difficult to find techniques other than meaningful conversation. I was curious though as to whether or not one must follow the timeline - that "rehabilitation treatment lasts one year." Suppose a client requires more or less time? Would it be difficult to adapt this to such a client, or to various clients depending on age?
