Thank you for the appreciation and for the question. Certainly, in the beginning the proposal of new and different activities can cause some fears; but, before the therapeutic path begins, we acquaint the patient of all the activities he's going to face during the year and he has to agree with them to carry out the therapy. Anyway, the patient follows an individual therapy for at least 3-4 months to establish the necessary confidence and to set the techniques of verbal facilitation in order to make the patient confident in his ablities.
