I learned a lot from this online post, so thank you. I am wondering how private conversations are, though, when speaking live with others? How do you begin a conversation? Do you go to your own private "chat room" (I don't know what to call it) and talk? Is anyone else able join in on the conversation without an invite, because if so, this could cause an ethical dilemma if used for therapy purposes. Thanks again for all the great info.
