Great! I too have seen that when a CWS is given a chance to take initiative, it helps tremendously. Sometime back, I recorded a podcast with a group of children and adolescents about stammering experiences and issues.. Subsequently, all of us, including myself, felt empowered and transformed in a mysterious way...
