CBT is a valuable treatment approach and is used to help people with a variety of problems. It is one of the most widely used research methods and psychological treatment approaches today. It is also used in treating depression, anxiety, and mood disorders. A person experiencing an emotional response due to a situation that has caused them distress may benefit from this approach. This certainly applies to people who have communication disorders.
