Dear Jessica Some of our participants discussed the treatment with their family and friends but others were uncomfortable doing that. I think that a good thing for a family member or a friend to do when a PWS seems to have perfectionistic tendencies is not show too much concern over fluctuations in fluency and to try to listen to what the person is saying rather than how it is being said.
