Hello Pamela. I would suggest you ask the clinician to use lots of self-monitoring with you to increase the naturalness. That takes practise by you and feeback by the clinician. The Camperdown Program (you can see that on the Australian Stuttering Research Centre site) has a self-evaluation for for Severity and naturalness - so you can score yourself as you listen to how you sound.
