Hi Danielle. Again, I think we need to take the lead from the people we are working with. Sometimes they may need to talk about how they view talking and certainly their new-found strategies. Sometimes, they are anxious because they are not confident they can use the techniques when and where they need to. yes, some people do need help from a psychologist. However, we also need to provide enough treatment and ensure that we present ourselves as confident in the area of stuttering and its treatment.
