Hello Sachin. Well I guess it depends on why the person seems to be not making progress. Nothing wrong with prayer! However, we do need to look at the evidence and I believe that evidence indicates that stuttering has aspects of motor inco-ordination - so treatment should have a focus on that (can be in various ways) initially.
