Hi Sophia. That can be tricky. However, inserting a schwa will make the speech sound unnatural. The issue of anticipation of specific sounds can be huge for some people. For some it is useful to focus on the actual process of speaking fluently - e.g. focus on continuity. For others, they may need to look at working on anticipation etc.
