Great information. I am co-leading a parent support group this semester at The College of St Rose in Albany, NY. We have met several times, and have four more meetings scheduled. Several of the parents are "veterans", and two are new, with lots of questions and worries. I am going to suggest this article to my co-facilitator. It seems it will spark a lot of good discussion, and provide some answers, in a different perspective, to some of the newer parents trying to make heads or tails of this. An an adult who stutters, I can offer some thoughts to the parent group from my own experiences, and that, coupled with valid research from the experts, and my esteemed co-facilitator, of course, is what makes the parent group so beneficial. --Pam
