You must work in the schools, right? Of course, I first check with administrators. Then, I give a brief overview of the activity and goals to teachers at a faculty meeting (It helps me save time talking to the faculty all at once, rather than having to explain to each individually throughout the year. Then, I work out an acceptable time with the teachers.
