That is a very difficult question to answer. Of course, each child should be alloted time in therapy to meet the INDIVIDUAL student's needs. I will say that 20 minute sessions are not what I have been expereincing in the past few years in our profession. 30-45 minute sessions (a number of times per week) seems to be more the norm in my experience. I hope this helps! Good luck in your internship and don't forget...we need more fluency specialists, so think ahead :)
