My name is Lauren and I am a Speech-Pathology graduate student at NYU. I am interested to know if you think it is likely for public schools across the country to hire more fluency specialists without being approached by one? Or, does it take one person to take the initiative to show schools how beneficial a stuttering specialist can be to the children who need their services, and to the other SLP's who need their guidance in order to provide this service to students?
