I am currently a student at Misericordia University in the Speech Pathology Master's program. I love this article and feel it has motivated me to focus on stuttering. I was wondering how you become a Board Recognized Fluency Specialist. After reading this article, I am going to research further if a position like the one mentioned currently exists in my school district or if there might be a need for this position in the future...Maybe when I graduate??? Also, how amazing it must have been to work along side of Charles Van Riper. Thank you both for sharing your stories, this really has focused me in a way I could never have imagined. I am even more excited for my future after reading this article.
