I started using the twice weekly sessions that all SLP's used. My second year I went to a "block" system where I saw each kid for 20 minutes four days a week. The change was unbelieveable. I had much more success with this new system. Four weeks was about the normal time it took to make big change. I'd keep them for a couple more weeks and then release them. Good Luck!
