Hi Jonas, that's a very interesting question. I do believe that different people who stutter have different capacities to be able to achieve fluency. One person (for instance, the SLP) may stutter to a moderate degree, and may have maxed out their ability to speak fluently in normal conditions, yet they could help someone else, who perhaps has a greater capacity to reach near-normal fluency, to reach their potential, as well.
