Hello, Please tell Lee HI. Younger Downs Children have less SHAME because it has not developed. The % of Downs Children who stutter and who persist could be pretty high because of their risk factors involving reduced oral-motor coordination, language formulation difficulties, and ear infections. The ratio of 3:1 to 4:1 is probably the same for the Downs population. Thank you. Judith
