Hi Tim, Good to hear from you. I agree with your comments. Working on the SHAME has been most helpful along with slowing rate through modeling and increasing pause time. I have NOT recommended voluntary stuttering with the older population. With the younger child, I would work on vocabulary building to aid word finding/language formulation skills .Thank you. Judith
