Thank you for your positive comments and the addition references. I have written much more about the history of stuttering in Danish, and the online conference paper can only be a very short version of the history of stuttering. I have tried to focus on some aspects in the history of stuttering, but much more could be written about the history. I have tried to make a comparative analysis.
