We all have a voice, but so few of us use it. We hide our stutter, we hide our knowledge and we hide our amazing stories, which, when told, go make a difference to so many. But you didn't, Kimberley, and for that I thank you, as your voice and your story have already made a difference to me, who not even read the book, but will change other people's lives and thinking.
