Really interesting article! You give a good description of your procedures and oucomes. As in the case of all short-term intensive therapy programs, time will tell as to the long-term treatment effects. You state very well the problems involved in client participation and follow-up. Also, I think your training program must be turning out some well prepared, well rounded clinicians to carry out your multifaceted therapy. As a final comment, I'd like to learn more about telepractice myself! I got my Ph.D. in 1954 and I retired in 1986, so I'm pretty much "pre-telepractice"! Again, I enjoyed your article.
