Sounds like a great idea! Do you have any one who comes from outside of North America, and how do you deal with any language barriers? The follow up does seem to be a challenge. Are family members or friends involved in the treatment process and if so are they used to assist in the follow up? I know the reason for this type of therapy is because of the lack of professionals in some communities. Have any of the clients started a group for people who stutter where they can get together and help each other? This would also help with public awareness.
