Thanks for your questions. We have had individuals from other countries attend the program, but their spoken English was quite good. These were also exceptional people (very bright and sociable) so any cultural issues were also overcome. As far as family members, for the younger adolescent clients we involve their parents and do a lot of counseling. For the adults, it is up to each client to decide how to incorporate family into their lives. I am not aware of any clients pursuing or attending groups following the clinic. We hope to offer a support group through the telepractice system in the future.
