All great questions. Certainly, therapy leads to fatigue, which is one reason we think the 9 day clinic might prove to be more feasible. Three weeks away from home is hard, especially when you are doing therapy 25-30 hours a week. We also believe, based on our data, that our program may not be a good fit for clients under 18, primarily because of fatigue and maturity (attending to the program). Most of the adults overcome this problem and do just fine. We also do a lot of groups and informational/classroom activities, which allow clients to not talk for a bit of the day. Lots of rest breaks too. I like your idea of setting up clinics all over the country and then bringing the clinician in to work with a group of clients. Not sure how this would work though. Thanks again for your questions. Take care.
