I was pleasantly surprised to read that you have implemented telepractice therapy through the use of video chat technology to continue follow-up with the intensive stutter therapy clients. This fall, I was assigned to a client that stutters and have also been using telepractice (SKYPE) to conduct therapy. Recently, my supervisor conducted a monthly support meeting for adults that stutter and my client was able to participate with most of the group via a laptop computer. We also had another group member present via speaker phone. However, my client was unable to hear the client on the speaker phone. Do you know if there are any programs that allow split screen video and audio, so that my client and the client on the phone could participate in a meeting more effectively? How do you conduct your telepractice follow-up therapy with more than one client?
