This is a wonderful way to look at how to involve kids in their own work, and to give them some sense of ownership. That is always so powerful. This past summer, I attended the Friends conference. Friends is the association for young people who stutter. The conference was attended by kids and teens who stutter, thier parents, and the professionals who work with, and care about, CWS. I attended as an adult PWS. It was indeed a powerful experience, and it got me thinking about how we could use technolgy to give kids a medium to express themsekves, since kids are so in-tune with technilogy anyway. A teen (13 y.o) and me are going to work on a youtube project for next years conference. The young lady is excited about it, and it will be a good way for an adult and teen pws to connect our experiences ans hopefully empower other teens. Thanks for sharing your ideas - we may borrow a few. --Pam
