Hello, I think it depends on the age of the child, and how they are feeling about communication. With some kids I have noticed a shift around age 8, where they become less willing to talk about feelings. I have had older teens better able to express feelings after drawing what they think they look like when they stutter. Sounds like an interesting study! Thanks for your question.
