Hello Julie and MaryAnn. I am a graduate student in Albany and I really want to say that I loved your article. It is inspiring to see how one activity had such great effects in the lives of your clients. Julie-my question for you is about facilitating the transition from regular artwork to something more meaningful that addresses feelings and emotions. How did you accomplish such a task or did it just happen naturally? I have been taught that drawing a picture of stuttering is a great therapy tool, but for those that are more resistant or too young for such a direct approach, what would you recommend to prompt these students?
