Hello again, Tone from Norway! You pop up all over the place! To be a good listener, you should please try to be patient and to show interest in what the PWS is trying to say. If you do this, then the PWS will feel that you are not making any judgements on him, personally, and that the struggle to get the words out has been worthwhile. Do not worry about asking him to say something again, if you missed it the first time, because it will show that you are interested and want to continue the conversation.
