I really loved your article. I taught me a lot about individuals who stutter that I wouldn't have other wise known. I particularly loved the part where you were talking about the barbecue you attended and how the woman you were talking to asked you about you stutter. I was wondering if you think that confronting someone about their stutter, during conversation, is always better than not addressing it because I know that some people feel better when they know that their listener is accepting of their stutter, but could addressing it also make the person more nervous and cause the stutter to become more severe?
