I don't think anyone could argue with any of your principles! They make a good check list of things that are essential in therapy. and you do a fine job of fleshing out each principle. I especially like the way you tackle #4 and #6--they are vital and can take some creative thinking to handle adequately. I'll bet you're a top-notch therapist!
