I was reading the article and was interested by Principle #6. I have a child fluency client this semester who is fairly young and has had a lack of motivation lately in therapy. This client is appears to be unaware of his stuttering. Is there a way to tell if the lack of motivation is coming from not wanting to be in therapy or it is just because of the age of the client? Do you have any tips to help motivate your clients?
