Thanks for the article, I found it quite helpful. In principle number 3 you mentioned the CALMS model; I am a first year graduate student and this model is new to me but seems like a great tool to use. I assume that you have found that using this model in therapy is helpful, but after assessment of performance in each of the CALMS areas, how do you determine what to focus on first? Or do you attempt to incorporate the different aspects together since you mentioned a simultaneous approach and how they affect each other? Is there a particular strategy that you have found more effective for adults, and similarly, one for children?
