I thought this was a great paper! I especially liked at the end how you tied it all together and talked about the importance of the students getting to know you as a PERSON and not the voices that we learn about in our textbooks. I was involved with one of the NSA meetings last year and just in that two hours I felt that I had learned so much. The group provided such great feedback to questions and we all had a great time together. I think this idea of a relaxed social time, like the "Chat and Chew" group is a great opportunity for people to just get together and get to know each other. Thanks so much for these great ideas!
