Hi Natasha! You like the title? As you no doubt noticed, authors of papers like to have fun too! <smile> I hope my readers like it too! ... I absolutely agree that the idea of instant feedback is genius. While I'd like to claim credit for it, the fundamental concept is Jan's idea. She was in my Toastmaster club years ago and we learned about "evaluations" which is really quite similar to what this program contains. It's 80% positive and 20% suggestions for improvement - how to make your good speech (or job or anything) even better! And ZERO percent criticism! Absolutely NO negatives. Toastmasters has used this concept for decades and believe me it really works! You learn when you have fun. That's what Toastmasters is all about. .... I'm glad you enjoyed the paper Natasha. Jan and I continue to work together trying to fan out this program to other schools. And believe me we have FUN doing it! ... Sorry to be this late answering your post. I had a couple of really goofy days in the hospital. No worries, all is well, but I'm drowning in backlog now! ... Russ
